Our employability training is now accredited by the Open College Network. We can deliver Level 1 & 2 courses in Employability, focussing on topics such as communication skills, working as team, planning and reviewing learning and recognising and respecting diversity in the workplace. The qualification can be used as evidence to demonstrate workplace readiness to employers.
