Understanding My Journey is a cross-sector project which aims to support the soft skills and personal development of young people aged 16-30, across a range of contexts and sectors.

We’ve already produced research into soft skills across Europe and have developed and published a Soft Skills Toolkit.
The toolkit will be complemented by a web-based app which is currently in the pilot stage. The project is also creating a Practitioners’ Guide which will introduce practitioners to youth soft skills and help young people develop these.
To download and share the toolkit, please go to the Resources for Tutors page.
