Sarah is Co-Director at RiSE International. Her areas of responsibility are strategic and business development, communications, operations and staff management. Sarah is also our monitoring and evaluation lead.

Sarah has worked for over a decade with youth and community programmes and partners, both in the UK and internationally. She has extensive programme management and partnership development experience, including stakeholder management and consortium coordination. She has brokered and managed relationships with diverse partners in a complex and challenging international environments. She has worked with high level corporate donors including Ben & Jerry’s and British Airways Association and has led the development and roll out of number of innovative programmes and new initiatives. Her previous work experience includes roles at the British Council and VSO.

Sarah’s key skills include grant and contract management, fundraising, donor reporting and the development of quality assurance processes and systems. She has led on programme monitoring, evaluation and reporting and has been appointed as an external evaluator. She has developed tools, resources and training to support international youth initiatives and has extensive facilitation experience.
