Along with our European partners in Ireland, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Poland, and Portugal, we have developed three interactive online tools to assist young people and practitioners with identifying and mapping 8 different soft skills.

We are delighted to share them with you via a Zoom workshop hosted by both RiSE International and our Irish partner Ballymun Job Centre (BJC). The workshop will include a live demonstration of the UMJ tools, a presentation from BJC guidance practitioner Pat Kavanagh, and a Q & A session.

Please join us to discover how you can integrate the UMJ tools and methodology into your career guidance and/or youth work practice.
