Visit from Ecorys

We were delighted to welcome staff from Ecorys for a recent monitoring visit to assess some of our work funded by Erasmus Plus. The feedback we received was very positive, and highlighted the broader benefits of the project for the colleges we are working with.

‘The project is clearly having a positive impact not only on learners but on the UK consortium in terms of higher quality VET provision, knowledge-sharing and increased engagement in international working.’

We were also praised for our ‘exemplary’ use of ECVET;

‘One of the project’s key strengths is that the mobility placement has clearly been designed to meet the learning requirements of the target learners through alignment with a work experience unit of their course. The use of ECVET methodology and close partnership working means that the means are in place for the required learning outcomes for the work experience unit to be achieved, recorded and recognised and become credit-bearing for learners. Organisations running similar projects could learn from REY Europe’s experience.’
