We offer a variety of placements in hairdressing, beauty and spa therapies in Crete and industry placements in Vancouver, Canada.
Our international work experience placements are carefully designed to teach your students valuable skills in their chosen areas of study. We work closely with our network of partners around the world to ensure that each placement is well structured, and that individuals are given all the support they need.

I'm going to complete my college course and then do an apprenticeship in barbering. It really is one of the best things I've ever done. Activities
Some of our placements include:
- Assisting hair stylists in women’s and unisex salons, with some placements in men’s barbering
- Selling and applying makeup and acrylic nails
- Preparing and giving therapeutic massage treatments in spas
Skill sets
As each placement is unique our students might gain experience in a range of different areas, such as:
- Running a hair salon in a commercial environment
- Recommending makeup and hairstyling options for local skin tones, hair types and fashions
- Maintaining good hygiene in a spa resort treatment room
