We offer a variety of catering placements in the Spanish city of Seville
Our work experience placements across Europe are carefully designed to teach your students valuable skills in their chosen areas of study. We work closely with our network of international partners to ensure that each placement is well structured, and that individuals are given all the support they need.

“My work placement was very up-to-date and modern, and I worked alongside some lovely people. My biggest learning experience was learning Spanish and the different names of each local dish. By the end of it I could hold a basic conversation with people at my workplace.”
Activities
Some of our placements include:
- Front-of-house roles serving food and drink
- Kitchen roles assisting chefs, from chopping vegetables to plating up food
- Specialist areas of cookery, such as assisting pastry chefs
Skillsets
As each placement is unique our students might gain experience in a range of different areas, such as:
- Preparing a range of ingredients as instructed for use in a variety of dishes
- Using new and unusual ingredients to prepare local dishes
- Following hygiene, health and safety procedures whilst working in a busy kitchen environment
